5 Immune Boosting Herbs

We're in the midst of unprecedented times. The stillness of our lives has had me feeling a range of emotions.

I'm normally a pretty introverted person. I like my alone time, and I only let a handful of people get really close to me. It's where I am most comfortable, yet I find myself longing to be out in the world again, amongst people.

Quarantine hasn't been horrible. My middle guy came home for it, so I have two out of my three kids under our roof. We've had game nights, dinner parties (just the four of us), done puzzles, and watched a ton of Netflix...Tiger King anyone?

But, I miss my life. I miss people. I miss going out. I miss interacting with others.

What about you? How are you holding up? What are you looking forward to the most once this is behind us?

I'm going to hug my oldest son's neck so tight when I can finally see him again!

With all that being said, I've focused a lot more on my health and wellness during this time. I've upped my workout game, have steamed my sinuses daily (steaming kills bacteria and infection) and I've been 85% good on my eating. You have to indulge some my friends!

Today, I wanted to share with you 5 Immune Boosting Herbs. These five herbs are known to protect against colds and the flu as well as boost your immunity.

I've been steaming my sinus cavity daily with my Steamy Diva, Diva Purify Disinfectant Blend. Nasal Steaming clears out the mucus in our sinus cavity, which helps reduce the risk of lung infection and respiratory issues. You can read more about Steaming from my wonderful teacher HERE
